Current status
At launch, Rate Farm does not rely on affiliate links to provide the core tools. If a page later contains a paid referral or affiliate link, the relationship will be disclosed clearly near the recommendation.
How recommendations will work
Rate Farm's first responsibility is to help you understand your shipping problem. A partner recommendation, if one is available, should come after that decision and should be relevant to the shipping path you are considering. A partner does not determine your freight class, accessorial requirements, or the advice Rate Farm gives you.
Why this matters
The goal is to keep the site useful even when no commercial option is appropriate. You should be able to use the calculators, guides, and preparation tools without purchasing anything through Rate Farm.
