If freight looks likely, record the final handling-unit dimensions, actual gross weight, commodity, pickup and delivery conditions, and services such as liftgate or appointment requirements. Rate Farm keeps different handling units separate when they need separate treatment.
The Builder creates a Shipment Brief you can review, print, or carry into a quote conversation. Drafts and completed shipment information can stay in your browser without requiring an account.
Once you have a quote, Rate Farm's Quote Check lets you compare quoted assumptions with the shipment you actually plan to tender. A mismatch is a reason to verify an assumption, not automatic proof that the quote is wrong.
